Programs & Events Committees

Please see the alphabetized program list of the events and programs for the 2025-26 school year at Brewer Island. We are always looking for volunteers to fill "OPEN" positions. When you choose to become chair, you'll have as much control over the event/program as you desire. The PTA Board will happily guide you through the process, offering meetings and checklists, and liaising between the school and the community for equipment, volunteers, marketing, etc. Usually for events, planning will begin 2-3 weeks out, and will require a time commitment of about 1 hour per week prior to the event. On event day, it's preferred that you block 1 hour before and after the event for setup and clean-up. Any expenses that you take on for events/programs will be fully reimbursed.
