Dear Brewer Island Families,
Get ready for an unforgettable evening at Brewer Island PTA’s Annual Spring Fling!
We’re excited to invite you to join us once again on Friday, May 15, 2026, from 5:30 to 7:30 PM for a night filled with carnival games, delicious food, lively music, and plenty of opportunities to connect with friends, neighbors, and our wonderful school community.
Throughout the evening, you’ll also have the chance to participate in our mini raffles, featuring teacher‑donated experiences, front row seats at our 5th Grade Promotion, gift cards, play passes, and more. There’s something for everyone, and it’s all in support of our students.
And this year’s GRAND PRIZE RAFFLE is bigger than ever! Each Grand Prize Raffle ticket gives you a chance to win one of these incredible prizes:
MacBook Air ($1,099 value — 1 winner); Family 4‑Pack Season Passes to Six Flags & Great America ($600 value — 1 winner); Wine Class for up to 20 people at Total Wine & More ($600 value — 1 winner); and Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer Glasses ($330 value — 1 winner) Just added!
In the Thursday Folders, you’ll find three books of five Grand Raffle Tickets for your child to sell. With your support, they can reach out to family and friends—parents, grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles, siblings, and neighbors. For safety, please accompany your child when selling door‑to‑door. Every ticket sold directly benefits our students and school programs.
Ticket Pricing: $10 per ticket • $45 for a book of five tickets. You do not need to be present to win. All winners will be notified within 24 hours of the drawing at Spring Fling on May 15.
Incentives: 1) The top‑selling classroom wins an end‑of‑year party, 2) The top individual seller receives a special prize, and, 3) Any classroom with 100% student participation earns a reward.
Please place all sold ticket stubs and money in the enclosed envelope and return it to your child’s classroom or the front office. We will collect ticket stubs twice a week until May 13. To be entered in the Grand Raffle, all stubs and payments must be submitted by the end of the school day on May 13.
